The main landmarks of St. Petersburg – the Hermitage and Palace Square, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, the Peter and Paul Fortress, and the Admiralty spire – will reveal themselves to you from the panoramic Bellevue restaurant.

Located on the ninth floor of the hotel, the restaurant offers magnificent views thanks to its 360-degree panorama.

The interior of the restaurant is designed in a modern, minimalist style. Dark marble and wood, without drawing too much attention, serve merely as a frame for the stunning panorama outside the windows.

The restaurant's cuisine consists of contemporary St. Petersburg dishes. Classics reimagined by the author – that is how brand chef Nikolay Khvalynsky has crafted the new menu.

At its core is French cuisine, with its exquisite sauces and unwavering attention to each ingredient, aiming to reveal and enhance its flavor.

Three cozy terraces allow you to retreat to a private space in the very heart of the city while enjoying amazing views of the city and the sky. In summer, these terraces feature a real vegetable garden, planted with the help of research staff from the Imperial Gardens of the Peterhof State Museum-Reserve.

The cultural initiative of the Imperial Gardeners' Club is also reflected in the menu, which places special emphasis on rare seasonal vegetables and other farm products.
