Visa support and registration
If you need to obtain Visa Support documents, please fill out this form with passport details for each person separately and send it to us at reservations@moika22-stpetersburg.com. You will also need your booking confirmation number to complete the form.
Please note that Visa Support documents do not replace a Russian visa. The visa must be obtained at a Russian Consulate. Visa Support documents do not guarantee that a visa will be issued due to possible restrictions in some cases.
This service is free of charge for all guests who have booked their stay at "Grand Hotel Moika 22". If the booking is cancelled or the guest does not check in to the hotel, a penalty of 50 euros is automatically applied for each person for whom the hotel issued Visa Support documents.
In accordance with the requirement of Russian legislation to register all foreign citizens arriving in Russia, our hotel provides a service for preparing a set of documents for the migration registration of a foreign guest checking into the hotel.
The cost of the service for preparing the document set is 300 rubles per guest for the entire stay.
