Rules of accommodation for guests with pets
Following the best hospitality traditions and considering the needs of our Guests, we have established accommodation rules at the "Grand Hotel Moika 22" for those traveling with pets.
The hotel permits accommodation of the following types of pets:
- SMALL DECORATIVE DOGS WEIGHING UP TO 8 KG
- GUIDE DOGS AND SERVICE DOGS
Pet accommodation rules:
- No more than one pet is allowed per room.
- Pets may only be accommodated if they have special accompanying standardized documents from veterinary services that comply with the requirements of major air and rail carriers and Russian legislation. The "Grand Hotel Moika 22" reserves the right to request this information at any time.
- Accommodation of hunting, service, and fighting breed dogs, as well as dogs without accompanying veterinary documents, is strictly prohibited.
- The cost of pet accommodation is 2,000 (Two thousand) rubles per night per pet. Guide dogs and service dogs are accommodated free of charge.
- If additional cleaning and disinfection of the room is required, a fee of 10,000 (Ten thousand) rubles will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed in food service areas (restaurants, bars, and adjacent territories) or in the hotel's SPA zone, except for guide dogs and service dogs.
- Pets must not be left unattended by their owners in the hotel room, lobby, or any other area of the hotel.
- Pets in public areas of the hotel must be on a leash or carried.
- Washing pets in the room's bathtub or shower, and using towels, sheets, and other hotel bedding is not permitted.
- Grooming pets in the hotel room is not allowed.
- The guest must ensure the pet is not present during room cleaning by hotel staff.
- The guest must have their own food and water bowls, hygiene bags, and mats.
- The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel premises.
- In case of damage to hotel property or harm to other Guests, all costs to cover such damage are paid by the pet owner.
- The hotel reserves the right to determine whether the specific pet can be accommodated in the room. Guests with pets are accommodated only upon prior booking, subject to room availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a guest with a pet if the pet's appearance and behavioral characteristics do not comply with the established rules.
- The final registration decision is made upon presentation of properly issued documents (veterinary passport, standardized health certificate, etc.) and payment of the pet accommodation fee. The fee is charged at check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with a pet and require them to leave the hotel:
- in case of violation of the accommodation rules;
- due to aggressive, inappropriate, or noisy behavior of the pet.
