Since its opening in 2006, Kamchatka Crab Salad has become a signature dish at the Grand Hotel Moika 22.

The unique recipe of the hotel chef allows you to royally serve its main ingredient - delicate Kamchatka crab meat – and emphasize its taste with the advantages of other components such as avocado, Lollo Rosso lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes, onion, celery, olive and sunflower oil, curry, lime, lemon, etc.
