Signature Dish
Since its opening in 2006, the signature dish of "Grand Hotel Moika 22" has been the Kamchatka Crab Salad.
The hotel chef's unique recipe allows the main ingredient – the delicate meat of the Kamchatka crab – to be served in a regal manner, highlighting its taste with the merits of other components such as avocado, Lollo Rosso lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, onion, celery, olive and sunflower oil, curry, lime, lemon, and others.
The unique flavor of the signature dish, the high quality of its ingredients, the unique recipe, and the skill of the chefs have already been appreciated by hotel guests, who have been happily ordering the Kamchatka Crab Salad again and again over the years. For many, it has become a favorite dish to mark an important occasion or create a festive mood on a weekday.
The Kamchatka Crab Salad is offered in the Bellevue restaurant, at the Von Witte bar, on the in-room dining menu, or when organizing a banquet at the "Grand Hotel Moika 22".
